Return Policy
All our products at banarasiandmore.com are authentic and delicate; and undergo Multiple quality checks, so we do not accept Return / Exchange of the product on account of manufacturing defects. It is advised to completely satisfy oneself before placing any orders.
In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns.
In case of Domestic Orders:
However, in order to ensure customer satisfaction in case you have a grievance; you can reach out to us at info@banarasiandmore.com within 24 hours of receiving the product along with order No and product code. We will try to assist you as much as possible. A communication through E mail will be mandatorily be required.
Note: All grievances need to be supported with a short unboxing video without any cuts or breaks. It should be ensured to clearly capture all tags and address and invoice details in the video.
Any such case if accepted will be reviewed by our QA team and the decision will be shared with you. You consent to not to dispute and accept the final decision of banarasiandmore.com.
In case a product is accepted to be taken back customer needs to ensure that the products should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all Tags intact. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, bags, hang tags on garments, boxes or dust bags as the case maybe. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges (within India).
Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customers need not pay any shipping charges to return the Product.
Once received in good condition and approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If, however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. With courier charges. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. We will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company’s mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact banarasiandmore.com to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact us timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request. Customers are directed not to receive the package in damaged/tampered condition. Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted only untampered package.
REFUNDS
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
- Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
To refund the amount per product in your bank account. We will need following bank details – Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch Name to process the refund.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made banarasiandmore.com and accept the decision regarding the return eligibility that is – if the product is eligible to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer (within India) will be blacklisted for future purchases.
In Case of International Orders:
For international orders, currently we do not provide for refund policy. Although, Titan will refund the amount to the customer only under following two circumstances and at the sole discretion of Titan:
1. We will accept the return of only the wrong product sent and then subsequently provide for the refund.
2. We will refund under those circumstances where our logistic partner has been unable to deliver the product, even after repeated efforts due to the customer’s unavailability. Although while making the refund, we will deduct from the amount paid all the costs incurred by Titan like shipment expenses both to and for, customs paid and any other charges.
EXCHANGE
We regret to inform that exchange of products is not possible for the products bought from our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Banarasiandmore.com
There may be certain orders that Banarasiandmore.com cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitations on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which banarasiandmore.com identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customer can always check the status of their order from Track Order option available at www.banarasiandmore.com Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque.
NOTE : In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest
